mohit32 Posted March 23, 2015 Report Share Posted March 23, 2015 Hi, I got a 221g (due to a DUI which I beat in court. The record had not been expunged) on my H1 after 14 yrs in the US. Normally the psych eval. would've taken 3-4 days but the admin processing took 4 months. I got my stamped passport today but my job in the US is long gone although i do have an approved GC application from 2009. Can my boss rehire me? Can I transfer this H1B from here in India? Note that I don't have paystubs for the past 3 months. Should I travel to the US on this stamped H1B? I know that although my job is gone the H1 petition itself has not been terminated by my employer. Thanks! Link to comment
