monty4u Posted March 20, 2015 Report Share Posted March 20, 2015 We filed for I-140 during last week of October. The processing time as of Jan 31st for TSC is 4months for I-140. But we are beyond 4 months 20 days now. Does anyone know about latest processing time from Texas service center. I keep checking my status daily and still it is in the first stage where they mailed us a receipt. Thanks. Link to comment

Nicecar Posted April 8, 2015 Report Share Posted April 8, 2015 TSC for I-140 regular processing wait time is 7+ months. I believe July end 2014 filer just start receiving approvals. Would be wise to upgrade to premium processing if your case is beyond 4 months pending Link to comment
