How to Add a child in IV Application Processing Fees

Hi,

 

I received a welcome letter from NVS after paying the affidavit of support (AOS) fees  how can I add my daughters in the IV Application Processing Fees.

 

It shows my and my spouse names but there is no link to add childerns born after 1-130 approval..

 

Kindly let me know the procedure to add my childerns before paying IV Application Fees.

 

Also IV Application processing invoice is not activated yet when it will be active ?
