few question related to H4 to H1b

HI,

Currently i am on H4 visa, I want to apply for H1B.

I have 7+ years of experience in IT industry as oracle functional consultant but my designation was equivalent to Assistant Manager . I have completed my Bachelors in Botany along with Masters in Business administration. Completed Education valuation from WES ( earlier i was applying for Canada) equivalent to Maters as per Canadian Standards.

I have few Question.

1. Is i am eligible for applying for H1b Visa with Bachelors & maters Or i do need to go for Experience evaluation as well. If so, how it is done.
2. Whether my WES education valuation will be acceptable in USA or do i need to re done it as per USA standards.
3. Is my Experience is acceptable & i am eligible to apply.

1. You need to have a minimum of 4 years Bachelor's degree related to H1B profession or 3 years related work experience for each year of degree. You do not meet that requirement.

For H1 approval, you need 4 yrs of bachelor's degree from the field related to your H1 job.
