abhilashkraj Posted March 5, 2015 Report Share Posted March 5, 2015 Hello, My Employer had to file a second PERM (PERM2) by withdrawing the first PERM(PERM1) as it was pending for 2 years with BALCA without a decision. My Question is: I have completed 7 Years and 7 Months on my H1B VISA, My Second PERM is pending and my H1B expires SEP 18, Can I apply for 1 year extension? if so how many months in advance should i file for extension? Wanted to know if 1 year extension can be applied? if per say an audit is received which might consume the H1B Validity period Link to comment
