anishkumark
Hi, I have the following query. I am from India. I have an H1B stamped with Employer 'A' in my passport and I have not traveled to US. But currently Employer 'A' is not having any client. So I got another offer through Employer 'B' and currently they are filing an H1B petition for me. Once I get the H1B petition through Employer 'B' can I travel with the existing H1B of Employer 'A' and at POE can I enter US by showing my Employer 'B' s H1B petition. So that I can have the I94 stamped on the employer 'B' when I enter US. Please let me know your comments. Regards, Anish Link to comment
