What to put for "Have you ever used other names (i.e., maiden, religious, professional, alias, etc.)" in the visa application?

Hello Sir,

 

I am filling application for my wife, whose last name has been changed to my Surname after marriage and the same has been in her passport too.

 

What should I put for the below question in the application?

 

"Have you ever used other names (i.e., maiden, religious, professional, alias, etc.)?"

 

Should I put "Yes" and write the earlier full name OR say no?

Maiden name is the name used before marriage. So, that question needs to be answered with a "yes".
