i-140 approved NIW but on F1 visa

Hi,

    Need advice, I got my i-140(NIW) approved in 2008 and in 2009 i moved back to india . i came back to  US now on F1 visa to pursue my Phd.i have been in f1 status for a year now and  looks like my priority date may become current soon.

 Will i be eligible to apply for i-485 when it becomes current or are they going to be any issue as i am on F1 status.?
