With H4-EAD ruling I am not sure if I can still continue with my travel plans, could you please help me with below questions. 1. Should I be present in US at the time of applying the EAD? 2. One option is to apply after returning back from India, is there anything that needs to be taken care in this situation. 3. The other option is to postpone the travel after applying the EAD but will there be any travel restrictions while EAD application is in process? Thank you Link to comment
