hemantchanchlani
I have filed for GC in EB2 category. My PERM is approved and I am working towards filing my I-140. One of my employer is refusing to provide a job verification letter. I have a relieving letter from them though, which doesn't lest my job duties. I have contacted my ex Project Manager, who no longer works for this company but has agreed to provide a letter verifying my job responsibilities. I am planning to submit 1 - a notarized letter saying that my previous employer refuses to provide job verification letter 2 - Notarized letter from my ex supervisor (preferably on his current company's letter head ). 3 - Relieving letter Would that be sufficient or is there any thing else I should do to ensure no RFE is received at least in this matter. Thanks in advance. Link to comment

livliv
Also, if you have an email from your employer stating that they cannot provide such a letter. Attach a printout of that email. Link to comment
contactmathur
Also keep handy the tax returns and W2s from previous employer. In a bind, they may be used as proof of employment. Link to comment
hemantchanchlani
It was a company in India. So there are no W2 forms . Would this be sufficient? Link to comment

ashuneel
It was a company in India. So there are no W2 forms . You can sumit IT returns for the years you worked there. That should mention TDS in the tax portion. All other documents on your list are good. Link to comment
