date of birth change

Hi 

 

I want to change my wife date of birth in passport.My questions are below

 

1)What is the process of changing date of birth in passport 

2)will there be any impact on current H4 visa stamp  at port of entry.when she wants re enter us

 

note : she is already in US and H4 visa stamped.

 

3)I have also applied for ITIN number.What is process of change the date of birth in ITIN number and date of birth in I94.

 

4) will be there any impact if she goes again  for H4 visa stamp again
