roovin Posted February 25, 2015 Report Share Posted February 25, 2015 All, Employer-1 applied for my GC back in 2010 and I got I-140 approved, then I stayed with that employer until 2012. Employer-2 applied my GC and I am waiting for I-140 approval and my attorney confirmed previous date will be ported. I am on my seventh year with I-140 extension Questions: 1) Since I stayed with Employer-1 more than 6 months after I-140 approval. The priority date stays with me. Is it correct? 2) Now if I change another job, can I apply for H4 EAD for my spouse since I had I-140 approved with Employer-1 3) If point 2 is possible, I am also planning to change job, will there be any problem changing job in seventh year.
