I am not alcholic nor druggist. Its my fate which ruined me. I want to see my parents in India but I heard that I cant come back to USA and the port of entry would defneitly send me back to India. This case happened in May 2014, and MAy 2015 I will finish my probation. What needs to be done in this case. Please somebody answer my pain. I am on F1 Visa status. I pleaded guilty. I REALLY NEED SOMEONE TO ANSWER MY QUESTION. I BEG YOU ALL PLEASE .. I AM MENTALLY BECOMING VERY DEPRESSED DAY BY DAY. Link to comment

cap-gap Posted February 27, 2015 Report Share Posted February 27, 2015 i remember reading bunch of similar cases here..just scroll down or see next few pages.. in almost all cases, i believe their F1-H1 stamping was delayed due to extra admin processing, but eventually approved..no one got denied due to this.. nobody ever mentioned about returned POE, but ur case will sure be available to PoE officer..and they may question you for details.. why didn't u hire a criminal attorney..in most cases they can get it dropped..
