ashuneel
Here minimum requirements are- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics and 4 or more years of work experience USCIS requires Bachelor degree + 5 yrs experience for EB-2 so this will not qualify. Although masters + 2 years is also acceptable they will consider minimum qualifications first and that falls under EB-3. Link to comment

If your job requires only a 4 yr bachelor and less than 5 yrs experience it will be EB3. Job requirements are more important than your qualifications. Link to comment
