rkumar1 Posted February 11, 2015 Report Share Posted February 11, 2015 Right now i'm working for company A, company B has applied H1B (Transfer) and it got approved with out I94 on dec 22, 2014. In I794 approval notice it mentioned Consulate notified (if applicable): CHENNAI and I-94 # (if applicable): xxxxxxx. I have valid visa stamp on my passport with my previous company X and it's valid till Dec, 2015. I also i have valid canada visa. Now i am planning to continue working with company B, so my question is do i need just travel canada or india just to get new I94 or i have to attend consulate compulsory. if yes, can i go for canada consulate or compulsory i have to go for chennai consulate. Please advice me urgent. Link to comment
