gvdrk
Hi, I have travelled to us on H1 Visa from Employer A. My dependents are in India. We (all family members) have valid Visa from my previous employer till 2016 sept. Recently I have changed my employment to Employer B through H1 transfer. Now my question is My family is in India. and they do have VISA from my previous employer till 2016 sept. Can they travel to US now on that Visa which is issued by my earlier employer ? Or do they need to go for stamping again with my new H1 petition issued by employer. ? Please respond back to me. This will help me to bring them to US. Thanks Link to comment
pontevecchio
They can return on the existing H4 visa and the H1 petition approval for B. Link to comment
JoeF
An H4 is not tied to any employer. All that matters is that you are in valid H1 status. Link to comment
