At the same year submitted an another change of status to H4 as my husband got his H1 approved. I received the approved petition of H4 in the month of november and currently i have the hard copy of it. Now i have received an RFE for the application that i submitted for the Change of status to L2. What action do i need to take for this??? i'm going to my native place for H4 VISA stamping. will this affect any of the process in VISA stamping??? Link to comment
