My I485 is approved but not my wife's on EB1

Hi,

My company applied for my employment based GC under EB1 status in the month of August2014.

I got my GC in October 2014. My wife's GC was also applied with my application but for my wife who is currently on valid H1B we only got EAD and AoS for her in month of November 2014 .

Her I485 application is still pending with Texas USCIS center. Now I am planning to change my job will my change of jobs impact her application and should we raise an SR for it since now it's more than 180 days.

Looking for some urgent advise.
