vj4u Posted January 30, 2015 Report Share Posted January 30, 2015 Is there any criteria like "Out of US Work Experience" for filing GC. I worked with my employer for 2.5 years in India and came US. I have a total of 4.8 years of work experience. When I filled in my details for GC prcessing with my employer, my employer rejected my application saying, I need to work atleast 3 years outside US.
