Approx Timeframe for EB2 August 2010

Hi 

 

My PD in EB2 category is August 2010. Whats the approx time frame when i can file for EAD + 485 under 2 categories 

 

1) Without executive action rule making process

2) With executive action rule making process 

 

Any idea how long would legal immigrants be under the bus before some or all of the executive actions rule making process are complete. 

 

Its close to 4+ years and we dont even have sight for EAD leave alone GC.

For now forget about EA.

1) Without executive action rule making process -  currently  5-9 years after PD is established

2) With executive action rule making process - No good answers  here but 1-2 yrs is possible for all procedural hurdles to be completed. Check murthy website for regular updates and do not plan your actions based on executive action.
