ferguson
My parents had a 10 year multiple entry visa for US which expired in December 2014. They had made 5 visits to US in the last 10 years. They plan to apply for new/renewal in February 2015. Since they had a visa in the last 48 months, they is exempt from the interview (as per the website). The official website says no documents are required just fill form DS160, pay the fees, and show up for bio metrics. My questions are; 1. Based on the above do we need to gather all the documents? 2. If yes, what? i have read different things on different forums, if someone has any experience that they could share. Thanks, Link to comment
jairichi
How are they eligible for dropbox when the second eligibility criteria is I received my visa after January 1, 2008 Link to comment
ashuneel
Gather all documents just like you would for interview. Consulate may choose to review that and interview can be avoided if they are satisfied with information in the documents. Parents Financial statements from bank / CA. Your invitation letter, DS 160, copies of passports. Link to comment
pontevecchio
What documents? If they visited 5 times and returned presumably with no overstay the visa is a slam dunk . Link to comment
