GC Eligibility - EB2

Hi,

 

I have completed BE (Electronics & Instrumentation) in india. And now my total experience in 8 years as software engineer.

 

First, i worked for one employer - 4.8 years (in that i was in USA for 11 months - L1B visa).

 

Second, i am working for my current employer India location for 2.3 years. Now for the same employer in US for past one year, but completely transfer to US location payroll.

 

Can you please let me know whether i am eligible for EB2 or EB3? If not EB2, how can i achieve that any tips?

EB2 or EB3 is decided by the job requirement. Your degree and work exp are no way related, so I guess it will be EB3.

By gaining more exp you can later port your GC to EB2 category.
