deep_123 Posted January 26, 2015 Report Share Posted January 26, 2015 Hi, My H1B visa is valid till June 2015 and 6 years of H1B will be completed with vacation days. Currently 3 PERMS were filed from three different companies on my name. My first perm was filed by Company A in June 2012, got audited on December 2012, denied on May 2013, my employer applied for reconsideration and it is in pending status. Second perm was filed by Company B on January 2014, got audited on July 2014 and is in pending status now. I transferred my H1B to Company C on May 2014 and third perm was filed on December 2014. Can I get H1B extension for one year as two perms are in pending status which are applied 365 days before? If one of the perm is approved before June 2015, can my H1B visa be extended for one more year? Link to comment
ashuneel Posted January 28, 2015 Report Share Posted January 28, 2015 If 1 PERM is pending you are fine. IF both have been decided then you need approved I-140 related to the approved PERM. Link to comment
