come back to US after change of employer

Hi,

 

• I got three years h1 from employer A and done with stamping if I move to another Employer B and travel to India within three years.
  
• Do I need to get stamping again in India if I need to come back to US

Usually and generally, you do not need a new visa.

No. All you need is valid H1B visa and new employer's I797.

No need of new visa, but you need 797 from that employer.

@all is it mentioned in uscis website since some saying we need stamping....thanks for ur reply
