nkimidi7y
Hi, Currently I am working with Company A on H1-B. I wish to resign my job and travel for 2 months. If i resign my job and go out of USA, is it possible for some Company B to transfer my H1-B after the break? If the above is not the case, what other options do i have to make myy travel happen? Thanks Link to comment
jairichi
Yes, new employer can file a cap exempt H1B visa and on approval you can re-enter with valid H1B visa and new employer's I797. Link to comment
