I am aware that the PD can be ported if you have the I-140 receipt number. But, employer 'B' will have to file PERM and I-140 all over again, which takes b/w 12 -24 months. Isn't it possible to just port the I-140 without this hassle of going through PERM and I-140 filing all over again ? Thx Link to comment
