Should MRV fee be paid again if I cancel my appointment and schedule it later?

Hi,

 

I booked my appointment at Vancouver on 27th Jan, 2015. For some reason I can't attend.

 

I want to cancel the appointment. If I cancel, should I pay the MRV fees ($190) again whenever I book a new appointment, or I don't have to pay it again as it is valid for 1 year since date of payment.  

 

Please advise.

No need to pay again if you plan to attend in Canada.

If you are keep rescheduling appointment on your own you do not have to pay.

If EMBASSY cancelled your appointment then they ll reschedule when resource is available.

If you cancelled on your own then you may have to pay again and schedule it.

I have canceled once and rescheduled twice at no extra cost!!!

there is no need to pay again if you cancel and rebook the appointment at the same consulate. according to uscis u can cancel and reschedule a maximum of 6 times.

if you are going to same consulate or same country no need to pay again, if you are going different country for stamping you have to pay
