Dependent I-20 contains minor spell error in my name, should apply for visa ?

I have received my wife's I20, which I'll use to apply for her F2.

My question is my I20 has all correct details, but my wife's I20 contains a minor spell error in my middle name.

Should I apply for both our visas or get a new I20 ?

if I apply for both of our visas together what are the implications ?

It is safe to correct the minor error before applying for visa.
