cheey Posted January 23, 2015 Report Share Posted January 23, 2015 The immigration attorney hired by the employer emailed me that the H1b extension has been approved and even sent a pdf of the i-797C notice. However to my request to send me form i-797A he stalls saying that he has not yet received the document. Is that a normal practice for the USCIS to mail i797C and i797A separately? Thanks!
