desitousa
Hi, I am in H1B and I-140 approved with PD as Feb 2013 & waiting for 485.My wife is on H1B but didnt start the PERM. When 485 becomes current dated, can I file for I-485 without my wife's I-140? Thanks! Link to comment
pontevecchio
Why would you need her I-140 approval? Link to comment
jairichi
I mean you can include your wife in your I-485. Link to comment
JoeF
There is no I-140 for dependents. Unless your wife has her own GC process, she won't get an I-140. When your PD is current, both you and your wife can file I-485s, she as your dependent. Link to comment
MrPraveen
Is there a reason for not adding your wife details when you applied for I-140 Link to comment
Sayantid
I have a question on the same lines - if the wife is not added when husband applied for I-140(because they were not married), is there a way to add the wife after I-40 is approval of the husband; however date for filing I-485 is not reached?
