I140 fraud and misrepresentation

Hi,

 

I know my employer can revoke my approved I140 if i leave the company.

 

1. How employer can request to revoke the I140 on fraud and misrepresentation when My case is true and correct. Should not my employer need to submit the proof for fraud and misrepresentation.?

1.1 In my case since all the details are true he need to submit the fake proof for Fraud and misrepresentation if he wants to revoke on fraud basis correct ?

 

2. Will there not be any negative mark (impact)  on company if company to revoke my I140 on I140 fraud and misrepresentation?

 

3. If my 140 revoked on fake proof submission by my company can i fight back with the company legally?

 

4. Is there any way can i know how my I140 has been revoked?

employer can revoke approved I-140 for no reason at all. All he needs to say is that employee ( YOU) does not work there any more and requests to revoke I-140.

Other questions are irrelevant. Fraud and misrepresentation is used by USCIS if they review the case and want to revoke it if they find fraud.
