I 94- Give name just have the first name

Hi All , 

just want to know , does it matter if my most recent I 94 does nt have my middle name on it in the given name field ? The previous I 94 had the first and middle name both ( My passport has the Given name as First name + middle name ? How does that matter ?

No issue as long as it has your first name and last name correct.

contact the CBP at your POE.  Is your last name/ family name mentioned if  you use one.

 Last name is there, even every other details on the I 94 are correct ( passport number, date of entry and all)

just middle (fathers name is not there , Last time it was, I checked earlier paper I 94s and a few of them have only middle initial as there was not much space available to write the entire given name so I was writing only My name and middle initial and a few of them only have my last name and my first name ) but now I wanted to make sure that it wont affect any future GC processes or H1 extension

First and last name with all other particulars are more than enough. Nothing to worry.
