Question - NVC process: AOS & DS260 submission

Currently, I have I-130 approved, case number assigned, DS261 done, and paid $120 fees for AOS.

Next, I have filled AOS (I-864) forms and package is ready. 

 

Question:

- I was wondering If I can pay IV fees now before sending AOS package to NVC, and send both AOS & DS260 package together ?

 OR

-I have to first send AOS package, and wait for NVC to go next step which DS260 fees payment ?

since you have posted in Jan, I am assuming that you have completed the I-864 process and the next step.  I am also sailing in the same boat would like to know after making the payment of $120, where can I find the I-864 form.  Is it at USCIS or some other site.  Do I have to submit the hard copy to NVC? and what is the next process.
