Parent Company is in California and subsidery is in India. They are going to file my GC - EB1. My question is once I get my GC approved, how soon can I change the company? Does changing the job/company jeopardize my GC in anyway? MS in Chemical Engineering from California. (Qualified under Industrial Engineering) 10 Years Experience in Medical Device. Link to comment
