I have read posts where people have been successful in getting the stamp within 1 year of DUI. Speak to a proper immigration attorney before you travel. All the best l. Link to comment

rick.lane58 Posted September 2, 2015 Report Share Posted September 2, 2015 I keep hearing that for the folks who have DUI arrest record, visa officer usually recommends to undergo medical examination and submit the results...I am on the same boat as well and want to make sure if carry the medical reports along with me for my interview will help, thoughts?
