rkv234 Posted December 21, 2014 Report Share Posted December 21, 2014 I came on a H4 visa status with my spouse to NY in september.he started abusing me and threatening me,so i left his house to my uncles house as i was afraid of my well being.he now holds my visa documents.i repeatedly requested him to give me my documents but he is refusing to give it and further threatening me. I have two questions 1.how can i get my H4 documents from him 2.how can i annul my marriage here.its been 4 months since we got married. Appreciate your help in this matter Link to comment

If you are planning to get your marriage annuled you can fly back and get it done in your home country. Doing so you will have physical and emotional support from your parents and loved ones.
