Received yellow letter but no fingerprinting/biometrics appointment letter

I received yellow letter asking to bring DL/state issued ID, passport of issuing country and documents regarding arrest/citation related ****.

I checked yes for question - for arrests/citation/detention etc. - I received a written warning notice from police for not renewing state inspection stickers. Police officer never wanted me to send him proof of renewing inspection too.

I received receipt notice and yellow letter but not fingerprinting letter. Is that a concern...
