Are two I140's possible?

Hello all, I have I140 approved through employer A. Currently I am working with employer B and thinking of filing my I140 through employer B and port the date from employer A. If I am successful to do so through employer B, will my I140 through employer A remain valid?

As long as employer A does not revoke I-140 it will stand valid.

You will also need PERM through Employer B unless you are exempt.

You can have any number of petitions as these only show that multiple employers are competing to hire you. It is a good situation to be in.
