applying 2 GC labor petitions with different employers

I am currently in  my 7^th year H1B extension based on labor petition filed roughly a year and half ago. I just received an audit notice for labor petition. My employer is ready to answer the audit questions in timely manner but I have another employer who offered me job with immediate labor petition and asking to transfer my H1B to his company.

 

My questions

1)    Is it ok to have two labor petitions in the process at the same time (one with current employer and other with new employer)? Will both be valid ?

2)      If My current employer answers the audit and old application will continue to be in process  while If I move to new employer and if this audit clears and labor is approved at some point in future then will I be able to come back and use this labor for next steps.
