Can I apply Green card on my second year of H1B?

Hi All,

 

I have question regarding Green card processing. I am on 2nd year of H1B Visa My employer wants to apply a Green card for me. Is it a right time to apply or I can wait some more time or till 6th year ? If I apply now will i get any issues. Please help me.

An employer can apply anytime. Glad that you have an employer who is very much interested in your capabilities.
