mkyk007
Hi, I have valid visa upto 09/19/16 with company X but recently last month I changed the company and got new H1-B petition (I-797A) from company Y with new I-94 dates(10/02/17). Now I am planning to visit India for urgent work. Do I need new visa stamping from India to return back to US? If not what will be my I-94 dates? Will it be my old visa expiry dates or new dates (as per I-797-A)? What type of documents do I need to carry? As of now I have following documents - I-797A - New company’s offer letter (dated on 08/14) - 3 pay stub - LCA Please let me know if I am missing any documents. Thanks MW Link to comment
jairichi
No need for H1B visa stamping. Your I94 will be based on your new approved I797. Link to comment
