Different birthdate from Passport

Hello,

I have approved I-140. I don't have any birth certificate for filing I-485. So, i am trying to get the birth certificate from my country.

My original DOB is different from all records (passport, visa, certificates). If i apply for DOB certificate, then indian govt will give based on the original DOB date.

 

so, is it ok to file I-485 with different date of DOB from all other documents (passport, visa, certificates). I assume USCIS need the DOB certificate for checking my nationality (birth).

 

Please suggest me.

By any chance did you guys figure out a solution for this incorrect date on Birth certificate.

Are there any alternative options to proceed filing for I-485 process. Please advise. Thanks.
