krs_ravis
Hello, I have approved I-140. I don't have any birth certificate for filing I-485. So, i am trying to get the birth certificate from my country. My original DOB is different from all records (passport, visa, certificates). If i apply for DOB certificate, then indian govt will give based on the original DOB date. so, is it ok to file I-485 with different date of DOB from all other documents (passport, visa, certificates). I assume USCIS need the DOB certificate for checking my nationality (birth). Please suggest me. Thank you Link to comment
jairichi
It is not OK. You need to correct the discrepancy. Link to comment
