Driver license change- After H1b Transfer (new state)

Hi,

 

I have moved to Florida from Illinois in the month of September(2014).

Should I change the driver license immediately or Can I have the Illinois drivers license for 3-4 months as I'm not certain about the new job ?

 

Please let me know the possible issues for having Illinois driving license beyond 15 days in Florida.

I have submitted my AR-11 form indicating change of address, have a Rental lease in Florida and

Illinois.

 

As I didn't change my driver license, Am I still considered as Illinois state resident by SSN & other state departments ?

 

Note : I'm not driving any car in Florida.
