viniiya
Hi,Working as a full time with approved I-140 in Company A. I am in a situation where I need to change my job soon, because of no growth in current company and also company moving to different location. Currently I got an offer from consulting company B.Can I change the job using my approved I-140 or wait for immigration reform to get EAD? If I change, will I be eligible to get EAD using my approved i-140 with new policies? do we have any timeline for immigration reform? like 3-6 months? or does it take years? Please advice..Thank you in advance Link to comment
rahul412
First forget consulting firms, you will face many issues. Second, if you move to new employer are you sure that your current employer will not revoke your I140?? Link to comment
viniiya
Thank you for your response. Please clarify my queries. 1. The offer I received is from service based consulting firm (not Nth vendor). Could you please clarify what kind of issues I may face? 2. Current company immigration HR confirmed that, they will not revoke I-140 after employee leave the company. Link to comment

Good to know that I-140 will not be revoked Link to comment
