PWD - how long does this take ?

I am full time employee here in the north east.  My company initiated my GC process  ( EB2) last August. When I contacted them about the current status , I was told they were waiting for

Previaling Wage Determination since Oct 1.  It has been more than 12 weeks since they requested this..does this usually take this long?  Please share if you have any info on this .
