Ravikp
USCIS has given me 5 months extra time on my H1B along with I-94. Can I stay until my I-94 expiration ? Will this have any impact on my next H1 or any future travel to US on work visa? Please let me know. Link to comment
jairichi
The day by which you reach the max allowed stay of 6 years on H1B that includes all recapture time exit US irrespective of having a valid I94. Link to comment
JoeF
Do NOT stay past the 6 years. They will eventually find out that they made a mistake, and will correct it. If you stayed past the 6 years, that stay would then make you illegal. Link to comment
