trish3361
My husband came to the us on a visitor visa after arriving to miami port of entry they had found issues with the visa and later found out he was among others that had been victims of visa fraud by this guy david whom worked at the eembassy in argentina. They allowed him to withdrawn his application and go back home to argentina. A few years later we met and got married .after 1o years of being married we have finally decided to file for his greencard.my question is in his visa I only see a 275 stamp, well to me it looks like it was written in there on the very last page.i have the psper work they gave him dont know if I should file an foia .but with all this being said can we file 601a or do we need to file a regular 601 Link to comment

pontevecchio
It may be advisable to discuss the facts with a Lawyer. Maybe give the firm of Murthy a call. Link to comment
