I-130: Parents Marriage Certificate for F4

My brother in the process of applying I-130 (family based F4 category) and filled application and collected all supportive documents except my parents marriage certificate. My father is deceased couple of years back at age of 80 years. My mother is alive and she is 75+ years.

 

The problem is that, we don't have our parent's marriage certificate, since they married some more than 60 years ago in very small and remote village in India and they never registered their marriage and that time it was not a law to obtain marriage certificate. How to prove and convenience USCIS on this matter and is there any other alternative way.

 

My brother and I have passports, birth certificates and school certificates included my parents details, except our schools certificates (only my father name is included).
