Now Is it OK to go to Canada for H1B stamping ?

Hi All,

 

I have seen below post on US embassy website regarding attending visa interviews other than the home country.

I was planning to go to canada for H1 stamping but now I am worried by looking at the above post...Can you guys please let me know if I can still attend Canada for H1b stamping..
