Hi,

 

My wife is working in US since Oct/2015 on H1B & this is her first travel & first H1B. Her employer files Green Card & she is planning to propose her employer to file Employment based GC for her in future. 

 

What are the eligibility for her to get GC filed ? What is recommenced category ? EB 2 or 3 ? Pls educate on categories as well.

 

Her background.

 

Bachelor in Technology in 2008

 

Have total 5 years of exp in IT in MNCs.

 

What are the eligibility for her to get GC filed ? 

What is recommenced category ? EB 2 or 3 ? 

Is there any particularity duration to work in US on H1B before employer can file in GC ?

Pls educate on categories as well.

GC can be filed at anytime. What all matters is her educational BG and GC job requirements.

GC job requirement will decide the category.
